What we make, in detail

Four lines, all sized and specified before anything is cut.

Program 01 · Sized to the legal minimum

Kennels and dog runs

We ask how many dogs, what size and whether the enclosure is for a licensed establishment, because the answer changes the minimum dimensions that apply. The internal dimensions go on the quotation in writing, so an inspector and the operator are reading the same figures. An order stated to be for a licensed establishment and specified below the minimum is declined.

Program 02 · Built for cleaning

Catteries and animal enclosures

Most enclosures fail at the details rather than the frame: a box section that traps water, a joint that cannot be reached with a brush, mesh that corrodes where disinfectant pools. We detail for cleaning and drainage because a pen that cannot be cleaned properly becomes a welfare problem long before it becomes a structural one.

Program 03 · CE marked when required

Metal structures and parts

Load-bearing structural steel falls under a harmonised standard that requires certified factory production control, an execution class and qualified welding coordination, with a declaration of performance and a CE mark. Non-structural items do not need it. We tell you which category your item is in rather than implying certification across everything we make.

Program 04 · Permission is yours

Delivery and installation

A permanent structure can require planning permission, which is the client's to obtain and which we do not install without. We will say when we think something needs it rather than fitting it and leaving the problem with you. On larger installations a safety and health coordinator is appointed where the construction site rules apply.
